[oasis-announce] Meeting Reminder and Planning for Worldcon

The next planning meeting will be 3 pm this Saturday, August 19, 2006 at the 
home of Steve Bartlett and Tina Beychok, 7108 East Peabody Street, Long Beach, CA.

The main items of business will be planning for the August World Science Fiction Convention. OASIS is providing science programming, staffing an information and recruiting table, and hosting a party. We will need volunteers for the table and help with the party.

If you'd like to help with the web site, it would be a good plan to attend the meeting Saturday.
