[oasis-announce] Meeting Reminder (Amended) and Request for Web Site Help

The next planning meeting will be this Saturday, June 17, 2006 at the 
home of Craig and Karin Ward, 1914 Condon Avenue, Redondo Beach, 
starting at 3:00 PM.

The main items of business will be planning for the August World 
Science Fiction Convention. OASIS is providing science programming, 
staffing an information and recruiting table, and hosting a party. We 
will need volunteers for the table and help with the party.

Also, many of you may have noticed that the Odyssey article content 
on the web site is about a year behind. I have not been able to keep 
up with maintaining the web site in addition to the other 
responsibilities I have with the chapter and NSS. If you'd like to 
help with the web site, contact me. (You can reply to this message.) 
It would be a good plan to attend the meeting Saturday.
