> There's a launch scheduled from Vandenberg AFB tonight at 18:31.
Wednesday's launch was scrubbed in the last two minutes when
the final weather balloon indicated that upper-level winds were too
high. Launch was rescheduled for Thursday, then postponed to Friday
when it was discovered that a layer of cork insulation was debonding
from the Delta 2 rocket.

Meanwhile, today's launch of STS-122, shuttle Atlantis,
carrying the European Columbus research module for the ISS, was
postponed because of the failure of two hydrogen fuel sensors in the
