Subject: [oasis-members] Sea Launch Rocket Exploded

A Zenit-3SL rocket carrying a Dutch communications satellite
exploded during launch, on or very near the floating launch platform,
today. The satellite that was lost was named "NSS-8", made by Boeing.
No one was injured in the accident.
