[oasis-members] Vandenberg AFB Launch

	According to Brian Webb's LAUNCH ALERT mailings, a Minuteman
III non-orbital test launch is expected from Vandenburg AFB on Wed 7
Feb 2007, sometime between midnight and 0600 PST.  The destination is
the Kwajalein impact area.  Moonlight (78% full) will reduce the
visibility of the launch a little.

	Also note that at about 0500 PST Wed 7 Feb 2007, Venus will be
less than a degree from Uranus.
