Odyssey for March 2001Editor: Terry Hancock This issue of the Odyssey reports on a success for one company in its efforts to reduce the costs of launching cargo into space (Scorpius) and the failure of some another efforts (X-33 and X-34). Odyssey Editor Terry Hancock borrows a technique from the software Open Source movement and announces an effort to apply the same techniques to space development. Diane Rhodes continues her reviews of interesting, or not so interesting, web sites covering space in the Surf Report.
